We have the initial set of empty rooms to our own planning and design of rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, balconies, leisure spaces, various combinations of roofs, beautification of appearance, and selection of appropriate materials to decorate the exterior walls. Nantong Huasha is still continuously making our house perfectly integrated with your local area, allowing you and your customers to enjoy living in our carefully prepared house.

Of course, we can expand the size of the house according to your actual needs. On the basis of this 37m2, we have expanded the room types with different areas for you to choose from. The position and orientation of the doors and windows you see can be designed according to your needs, and we have many materials for you to choose from. We will help you consider the suitable materials.

The packaging process of the house you see can refer to the following pictures. To maximize your transportation cost savings, we pack your products according to standard container specifications. Two sets of this house 20ft model are fully loaded in one 40HQ. If you required 40OT or other shipping containers instead of 40HQ, you can consult our sales directly.

• We adapted hinges to make the house to be prefabricated which can be folded, unfolded.
• The customers could combine the houses into larger ones to meet different demands at site.
• The kitchen is open style, and we can customize kitchen cabinets, different shape and style, from different materials. Householdings like bed, sofa, table, desk, chair etc. can be supplied together. You can also let us know if you want electrical appliances such as range hood, oven, dishwasher, air conditioning, refrigerator.
• There is enough area in living room to put down your table and sofa.
• The bathroom including shower, toilet, paper holder, wash basin, mirror, towel rack are all pre-installed in our factory. Customers only need to connect water supply inlet and drainage outlet locally, both hot and cold water are available.
• The pattern inside the house can be changed according to your request. If you think the white wall is very monotonous, then no worries, we have a variety of internal and external wall decorative boards for you to choose. We will try our best to meet your requirements for housing with our professional attitudes.

Area of the expandable series is from 25sqm to 128sqm, to meet your demand of different space and use of the space, interior floor plan is optional and can be adjusted according to your actual situation.

25sqm with single bedroom is the smallest model among the expandable house, of course if you want it more mini then we can realize it as well. And if you don’t think a bedroom is necessary, we can just pre-install the bathroom, and keep the other space open area for you, either to make it a game room or office etc.

37sqm model 20ft is the typical size of the expandable house, 2 bedroom is perfect for this size and plus pre-installed bathroom and kitchen making it a very functional home for a small family.

The other 3 kinds of expandable cabins were designed based on the 20ft expandable cabin and to meet different inquiries from customers. 128sqm model 40ft is the largest area realized by expandable style, it can be 3 large room which is wider and higher offering you a luxury and comfortable house to enjoy.

Before shipment, we fix the cupboard, and other accessories with wooden flooring support. We can also provide other packing ways, and we will charge extra packing fees. Please contact our sales in details.

This product can be packed in 40 'HQ or 40' OT shipping container. 40 'OT is more convenient for loading and unloading but the freight will be more expensive than 40' HQ. Any details about packing or shipping, our sales will check for you if you send inquiry or message or image of the houses.
