It ships as a standard 20ft unit. It unfolds in under 2 hours. It sits on adjustable screw base legs on concrete pad blocks — no concrete pour, no foundation contractor, no waiting. Place it on a grass slope, a gravel pad, or a hillside, and it looks like it was designed for that spot.
