Advantages of using shipping containers for quick accommodation:
Cost-effective - You wouldn't want to spend too much on constructing a house for short-term use. Containers provide a relatively durable and more cost-effective alternative.
Fast assembly - Using containers to build a simple dwelling only requires two main steps: transporting it to the site and adding insulation. If the climate is moderate, insulation may not even be necessary, just some ventilation equipment.
High residual value - After use, the container can be disassembled and repurposed for other uses.
The entire construction process was carried out in the factory, enabling mobility, so the structure can be placed anywhere, needing only connections to electricity and water to be fully functional, without further work required. Using transparent doors and large windows allows the structure to integrate with the external environment, while maximizing the 20-foot container space to meet the needs of a mobile coffee shop. The container floor is covered with cement board.
